Our claims department is dedicated to ensuring that the processing of our customer’s claims is a simple task for the customer. Zurich focuses on streamlining the claims process. Elimination of unnecessary delays through quick appraisals is just one way we do this. Our innovative claims processes result in prompt payment to the customer.

An easy, 24-hour claims service center is at the heart of our company-wide commitment to customer satisfaction. That’s why we developed the Claims Services Center. Our 24-hour claim reporting hotline makes it easy for our clients to quickly and correctly transmit their loss reports to us.

Other useful information is provided to our customers to facilitate the reporting of claims. Rolodex cards, magnets, wallet cards and information kits for each individual vehicle in the client’s insured fleet are available for your agent.

Reporting Your Claim

Our customer is usually the best source for information in letting us know what has occurred. The more detail that can be provided about the loss, the more quickly the loss can be assigned. The information you provide is critical in the proper handling of the reported claim.
