Like other companies in our industry, Zurich is vulnerable to improprieties involving not only insureds, but also company employees, agents and brokers, vendors and others doing business with us. It is important that improprieties be identified, reported and investigated. If you would like to report an act of fraud, visit our fraud page.

To report a claim (for policies underwritten by Empire Fire and Marine Insurance Companies only)

If you have a serious loss, please call us immediately at one of the following numbers:

• Rental and Dealer Customers: 888-680-8002

• All other customers: 888-680-8005

• New Loss Fax for both customers: 402-963-5329
